HW and the Stay-at-Home order
The Ontario Government has declared a state of emergency and has issued a stay-at-home order, which took effect on Thursday, January 14th, at 12:01am. Under this order, all businesses that have the ability to allow employees to work from home must do so.
As an essential business, HW is continuing to provide excellent service to ensure that our clients’ accounting, income tax, payroll and other business needs are met. We are fortunate that our partners and staff can continue to serve our clients remotely. In order to ensure the continued health of our staff, our office will be physically closed to the public.
Communication is key! Our reception staff will continue to answer phones Monday through Thursday, from 9:00am to 4:00pm and we will continue to check our voicemail regularly. To ensure a prompt response time, the best way to reach our office is via email. Once connected we can set up a phone call or video call meeting to serve you better.
