Introducing Hendry Warren’s Online Payment Portal

Hendry Warren LLP is pleased to introduce a new online payment portal that allows you to settle invoices quickly and securely. We are planning to launch this feature in February 2024.

Our new secure payment portal will allow you to view your current invoices and payment receipts, pay invoices via credit card, debit card and/or ACH and schedule installment arrangements after talking to our administrative staff.

Security

The payment portal, powered by Apxium, is fully Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) compliant.

Personal Dashboard

Users now have access to a personal dashboard to:

View current and past invoices
Track payment history
Manage payment plans
Receive notifications

How To Use The Platform – Accessing the Payment Portal

1. Locate Your Invoice:

Option 1: Click the payment link directly on your invoice or statement.
Option 2: Visit our website and click the “Pay Your Bill” button. Enter your invoice number and amount exactly as they appear on your invoice.

2. Select Payment Method:

Select the invoice you wish to pay and choose your preferred payment method:
- ACH: Transfer funds directly from your bank account.
- Credit Card: Use a major credit card for payment.

3. Enter Payment Information:

Securely enter your payment details.
Optionally, check the box to save your information for future use.

4. Confirm Payment:

Review your payment information and click “Confirm.”
You’ll receive a payment confirmation email upon successful completion.
