My strength in high school math classes sparked an early interest in accounting, leading me to pursue it as a focus for my post-secondary studies. I’ve always enjoyed routine, orderliness, and structure—qualities that are integral to the accounting profession. I find great satisfaction in organizing financial data and ensuring everything is accurate and balanced.
As a Senior Assurance Manager at Hendry Warren LLP, I take pride in working closely with clients to understand their unique business operations. Beyond addressing their assurance and tax needs, I strive to guide them through the complexities of today’s regulatory environment. With over 15 years of experience supporting clients across a wide range of industries, I am committed to sharing my knowledge and passion for accounting with our team’s newer members, helping to foster the next generation of professionals.
Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. Anytime spent outside in nature is time well spent!
Bailey graduated from Brock University with a Bachelor in Accounting (Honours) in 2009. She then obtained her CA designation in 2010. She is a member of CPA Canada and CPA Ontario. She has worked in public accounting for more than 15 years.
