With over a decade of experience in the IT industry, I have established a strong reputation for technical acumen, strategic thinking, and innovative problem-solving. My first interaction with the Hendry Warren LLP team dates back to 2018 when I was an onsite IT technician, coming in a couple of days a week to help with all their IT needs. Over the years, working in MSPs (Managed Services Providers) and Professional Services, and on various projects, I built strong relationships with the partners and staff members. This turned into an exciting opportunity, and I am now serving as the IT Manager at Hendry Warren LLP, overseeing the company’s IT infrastructure, and ensuring the seamless integration of technology into day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives.

Throughout my career, I have demonstrated expertise in a broad range of IT disciplines, including network and system administration, cybersecurity, scripting for automation, and project management. I began my career in IT as a NOC (Network Operation Centre) Analyst and, within a few months, was promoted to NOC Supervisor, managing a team of five and honing my skills in network and system engineering. As I progressed through different roles and obtained various certifications in computer networking, virtualization, and cloud engineering, I took on increasingly challenging positions, each time driving significant improvements in system efficiency, security, and user satisfaction.
