The environment and people are what drew me back to Hendry Warren each busy season while I was a student. The positive attitudes and collaboration of the staff to solve problems and help each other is something that you don’t find a lot. I take great pride in knowing that the client and corporate knowledge I have acquired over the year contributes to the smooth running of the day to day operations at the firm as well as efficient handling of client inquiries and managing administrative duties.
I love knowing that I can provide excellent customer service and contribute to creating a positive firm environment for both staff and clients. In my personal time I play volleyball twice a week, and I love to travel. At home you can find me reading, playing board games or attending a local market, fair or convention.
Shona has worked at Hendry Warren since its inception in 2003. She completed undergraduate studies at U of O with a degree in English Literature, worked as the receptionist at Hendry Warren for two years and then after obtaining a second degree in Education she rejoined the firm full time in 2010.
