Hendry Warren LLP is required to gather certain confidential information to complete our engagement. This information will be collected and stored in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act, which came into force on January 1, 2004. Financial statements and tax filings will be forwarded directly to Canada Revenue Agency, Ontario Ministry of Finance or Quebec Ministry of Revenue as applicable, and requests from these bodies for information will be complied with if you have signed the related government authorization form. All other requests from third parties for information will be complied with only after you have provided us with verbal or written consent.
