“I have always been a problem solver and I see that as one of my main roles as an advisor to my clients. Many of the issues I help my clients with involve accounting or tax, but sometimes they just need to bounce a business idea off of someone that has had exposure to many different businesses. My goal is always to deliver superior service and personal attention to the clients unique accounting and taxation needs.

Blair began his career with Hendry Warren as a student in 2007 and obtained is CA in 2010. He became a Partner in 2016 and enjoys mentoring and training junior staff members, because he recognizes they are the future leaders of the firm and the business community. His goal is to see more students follow this path.

For the past 5 years, Blair has served as Treasurer for the Kanata Stittsville Refugee Sponsorship Group. Their primary objective is to raise funds, facilitate the application process and ensure successful integration of refugees into the National Capital Region. This past year, Blair became a Beaver Leader with Scouts Canada to enjoy some quality time with his sons and inspire other youth in the community.
